These can be found all over the back of your car. They can signal to other drivers when you're about to stop, turn, or have an emergency. If one has a missing or burnt out bulb, a police officer may stop your car to remind you to replace it.

Each vehicle gets a pair of these when they register with the state, displayed at the front and back of the car. For a fee you can choose from a decorated background or personalize the letters and numbers. Keep it clean, the office won't allow bad words.
