Scan FP sticker, enter prepaid #, scan code and swipe CC. Collect customer info, phone #, LP # Make & Model, Email.
a fast pass is not scanning and there is a long line behind them. you should;
A) move all cars and back the person out of the line
B)open the gate and allow the customer to leave the line by using the emergency exit
C) scan site watch card and enter license plate or fastpass sticker # and if you still can not find the account, direct the customer to the exit and ask them to come inside to correct the issue
