If something has this value then it is important for acquiring something else.

Examples are honesty, compassion, and loyalty.

The personal qualities or traits that make you unique

The ability to do a task well.
What is skill?
The responsibilities that you must perform in order to succeed in the career.

These values refer to how you perform in employment and the results that you produce.

The way you think, feel, or behave, particularly when you are with other people.

These two type of skills has one skill that is specific to a job or task while the other skill can be used on almost any job.
