How do the people at the hair shop talk to you and to each other? How about when you walk into Walmart? How about a bank? And your teacher?

Being focused and reliable; finishing what you start?
What is Conscientiousness?
Always doing the right thing, even when nobody is watching you. Integrity can be hard to have 100% of the time. Especially when you are young, it will be easy to slip outside of your integrity once in a while.
Remember that your brain is still developing until your mid-twenties, so impulse control and decision-making are not always under your control right now.
Practice integrity now so that as your brain firms up integrity is a fixed point of your personality.
