Trying to program in a remote (For 030) and locks are not cycling. Whats our next move?
What is....
Take key out of cylinder, click unlock button on the door, then cycle either really fast 7x on/off, on the 8th end with ignition on. Locks will cycle, click on either unlock or lock on ALL remotes to be programmed in then once done turn ignition OFF and take out key from ignition.

stab the ignition twice. take it out
door open twice
stab ignition one. take it out
door open twice
key in ignition
close door
ignition on, ignition off (doors should cycle)
snake bite lock and unlock 3 seconds, lock for 3 seconds
Programming in HS key, sub key 500 doesn't go in
Read the customers transponder key w Xhorse, see if matches up.
If it doesnt either use chip from Sub key 550, or clone
trying to program a Toy 700 key. When we open the car door the entire alarm goes off. Most likely this member has an after market remote they didn't mention.
how to we go about disarming?
- put the key in the car door cylinder and turn twice to the right
Customer has 2 working combo keys, needs a 3rd. Whats the fastest way to program in the 3rd key.

Cut the 3rd key. Go to the car turn ignition on w 1st key programmed to the car, wait 3 seconds, then insert and turn ignition on w 2nd key wait, wait for 3 seconds then take out 2nd key then grab new key and crank the ignition w the 3rd key
I'm programming a Toy 117 smart key. It only beeps once, what do I do? (2)
1. check the battery
2. see if it's locked/ unlock it
Programmed in Sub Key 035 HS, immo light goes off but car turns off after 5 seconds

Trying to program in a smartkey, it fails to add. How would you add the key?
1. check to see how many keys are programmed to the car
2. dead battery test.
3. Delete all keys, and add in old and new
Toyota smart key get's programmed in, but the prox isn't working

- disable the jaw and then re calibrate

trying to program in a 2020 Rav 4. We already sold our only Toy 174 smart key.
what are our options? is there any other key that's compatible?
- you could special order the key
- you could use a Toy 173, 176, 178, 192, 193 or Toy 165 smart key
- make sure you do a price adjustment as needed
Nissan Altima 2010 prox slot. the key won't start and the buttons don't work
what do you do?
unplug the prox slot from vehicle and plug back on

trying to program a Mitsubishi Outlander 2014 with a MIT 030 combo. The remote won't go
click lock and unlock for 3 blinks
let go and click lock 3 blinks
do this continuously until the remote goes in
how do you remove the My Key function on a Ford C-Maxx key? It shows 1 admin and 0 my key but the functions are still restricted
erase all transponders and prox and add them back in. prox first, then transponder
do this until it goes away
we're doing a Toy 101 flip for a 2020 Corolla. Tech accidentally drilled out the members chip instead of ours
how do we fix this?
- cut our key to match the members
- buy the rolling PIN code from the dealership
- do an ECU reset on the car
- buy another rolling code to now program our new one in as the master key
- once ours acts as the master we can clone a new chip for members original key
when using a Nissan cable and smart pro goes straight to fail, now the car won't start what do you do?
1. battery reset
2. click on recover ECU on the menu option
3. If it doesn't connect right away keep on spamming the button until it goes through
4. follow prompt to get vehicle to turn back on
what's the bricked car procedure?
1. confirm it's bricked by either Angelo or Jole
2. get the member out (uber, Lyft, ride etc.) set realistic expectations
3. call a tow truck
4. let the manager know the situation and how it was resolved
5. call your TMM
6. send escalations email (what happened, car details, member details, manager name, address for the dealership)
