What is the difference between a moderated and an unmoderated caucus?
For a moderated caucus, delegates speak in front of the committee in turn for short periods of time. You must be recognized by the chair to speak. For an unmoderated caucus, delegates talk amongst one another freely. it usually lasts for about 5-10. The chair is not involved in the discussion at all.
