How do I know if the customer provided an “OR” title/registration?

  • Anything that is not an “OR” alone would be considered an “AND”

  • “AND/OR”, “&”, “/”, “JWROS” or even no specification whatsoever would be considered an “AND”

  • If in an “OR” Title Requirement State, both parties must be present regardless

  • If there is a lien we need to treat it as an AND title and all parties listed on the title/registration must be present at delivery/pickup & upload a government-issued photo ID (Unless we verbally confirm with the lienholder that the co-owner is not on the loan).
