What is the service fee? (Full Explaination)
The service fee is a 15% charge added onto all transactions in the building. The service fee ensures that all hourly employees receive a livable hourly wage. For food and beverage workers including: Kitchen Staff, Table Attendants, Table Assistants, Bartenders, Guest Services, and Captains; guests have the option of adding on a gratuity to their bill if they feel service has been exceptional. All gratuities are split evenly amongst all parties in the tip pool based off of their hours within the pool.
