What is a turn time?
The amount of time alotted for a table depending on the amount of guests. This has an effect on how many turns you can get on any table per service
A 4 top is booked. They are plotted at a combination table (2 tables put together to accommodate a large group). Is it better to leave it there or move it to the 4 top. Why?
It's Better to plot it at the 4 top to create more opportunity with the combination table that could be reserved for 1-four top or 2-two tops
