If you have already exited an assessment, and you forgot to add services. What can you do?

Click on the status and click on re-open enrollment. You can do this 30 days after you exited. You will need to re-exit the client after editing/adding your services.

When you're exiting a family member, how do you know which client you're exiting? (Where on the screen can you look to verify you are on the right person?)

The client corner. The corner in the top left of the screen shows you the client's name. Who you have pulled up there is who you are exiting.
