We are open from 6am to 11pm Monday through Thursday, 6am to 9pm Friday, and 10am to 7pm on weekends.

I scanned but the gate isn't opening. What's going on?
It's possible that your student fees haven't gone through yet. Have you reached out to the financial aid office yet? If not, I highly recommend doing that. Unfortunately, we cannot let you in today without a membership, but we can offer you a day pass for only $10.
How can an alumni get a membership and all the stipulations that go with it?
They have to fill out an alumni petition in addition to their risk waiver and membership slip. They have to also pay all at once and do NOT get a refund if their petition doesn't go through.
You are getting swarmed by people! At least 4 people (3 day passes and a membership). How do you organize them?
Give EVERYONE their forms and pens first. Send everyone but one to the tables at essential blends. Get one day pass person going first (grab ID and card while they fill out their waiver in front of you). Then filter through whoever is done next (most likely the day pass people will be first).
I tell you I am looking for my FIT100 class. What do you need to ask for at this point?

I just bought a multi-day pass, but then I saw Tim's basketball skills and want a refund. Are you able to refund and if so, why? Also how do you do that refund?
Yes! In this very slim chance, you are able to refund me since I just bought the pass, no other sales were made, and you are still the cashier. Run the refund on both the card machine ("other"-->refund) and fusion (search up name-->pencil)
Tim asks you to look up if there is anyone in the MPG at 5pm today and who it is if there is. What do you do?
Open "book", scroll down to the MPG, scroll to the right to 5pm, look to see if the spot is filled, if it is hover over the box and that'll give you the name
You get a call from a parent asking why they should send their child to NAU. Be accommodating
Well, speaking from Campus Recreation, I'd say there are so many reasons just in this building as to why. First off, with the tuition and fees comes access to the Recreation Center and Group Fitness Classes. We have Day-use lockers, Locker rooms, Indoor/Outdoor tracks, 4 Basketball courts, 3 Volleyball courts, 5 Racquetball courts, Cardio Equipment, Weight room with free weights and weight machines, Functional fitness areas (TRX, Heavy bags, Yoga equipment, etc), and a climbing wall. Not to mention fun events and promotions that we though here.
