Are all coping skills good?
No-- Unproductive coping skills can be using drugs/alcohol, self-harming behavior, overs/unders, addictions.
What is "all or nothing" thinking?
When you look at things as if they were completely good or completely bad without appreciating the middle ground

Angry, betrayed, sad, hurt, disappointed, rejected, lonely, etc.
Unhealthy behavior = "When I am angry, I punch the wall." More healthy behavior = ?
