2. Enter exemptions into Banner (SOATEST) and make notes in SPACMNT
3. Annotate transcript and send a copy to ARR

1. In SFAREGS screen, click on Student Term tab and go to Academic Standing.
2. Switch Academic Standing to E2
3. Edit maximum # of credit hours under Registration tab in SFAREGS if necessary.
4. Make notes in SPACMNT
Who is the primary advisor for International students? How many credit hours must an international student sign up for? Can they take online credit hours? If so, how many? Does this change for the Summer semester?

For Summer semester: there is no/max of credit hours they can take and same goes for online credit hours.
A student has placed into ENG 1021/0094 and MAT 1340/0340 through the self-assessments. They are looking to sign up for PSY 1001: General Psychology I and CHE 1011: Intro to Chemistry I w/ Lab. How would you advise this student?
They can sign up for those courses as long as they take them concurrently within the same semester.

Removes failing grades from CCA GPA calculation but not from transcript
1. Wait at least two calendar years after the course work has been completed through CCA to apply for academic renewal.
2. Successfully complete 6 semester credit hours during the term in which the application is submitted, with a term GPA of at least 2.0 before the renewal will be recorded.
