1. Inform student that it is too late at this point in the semester to be reinstated. Appeals must be submitted a week to 3 days minimum before semester begins. 

2. Provide academic reinstatement appeal form and inform they must attach a one page typed explanation letter and return for an in person advising appointment.

Removes failing grades from CCA GPA calculation but not from transcript 

1. Wait at least two calendar years after the course work has been completed through CCA to apply for academic renewal. 

2. Successfully complete 6 semester credit hours during the term in which the application is submitted, with a term GPA of at least 2.0 before the renewal will be recorded.
