What is an ACABEE?

Full-time AND Part-time employees who are considered eligible for benefits.

If a client is an Applicable Large Employer (ALE), Full-Time Employees will be eligible for benefits no matter how many hours worked; however, Part-Time Employees would be considered an ACABEE if they accrue an average of 30 hours or more per week during their initial or standard measurement periods.
