What can a school counselor help you with?
Conflict resolution, a place to wait and cool off, how to be a better student, feelings of sadness or loneliness, goal-setting, career options, coping with big changes, problems at home, making new friends, friendship issues, bullying, problems with your teacher, dealing with grief or loss, other personal struggles, etc.
Ultimately, your counselor is a part of a team that loves and cares about you. Which other people here at school make up the rest of the team that want to help you be the best version of yourself?

What kinds of things do students do when they meet with the school counselor?
Talk, work on specific skills, play games, color, read, watch videos, etc.
