How are patients referred and screened for trauma group?
1. Self referred or primary referred
2. Assessment done by Dino or Sarah
3. If Sarah/Dino approve patient is scheduled for trauma group twice a week.
2. Health and Physical (H&P) within 24 hours by MD
3. Psych assessment within 7 days
