if a client is self employed, meaning they do not receive a W-2, when can they receive services from the tax program?
year round. Though the program runs for a couple of months strictly for W-2 holders, the program provides year round services for self employed families
what is the best way to refer clients to CSP services?
walk-in to the fist floor, if a client has time, they can wait to be seen, or client can visit downstairs and request an appointment for their preferred date ad time

to what extent do our legal services work with families? how far can our services go?
our teams can help families fill out and file legal documents regarding immigration
they do not represent clients in court or provide much legal service outside of immigration
how is a family enrolled in to the employment services? what is the process
individual should go to the fourth floor and fill out an intake (if you have one for the family, you may provide it to the fourth floor) they will then meet with a counselor that will inform them of the workshops they would need to attend and they will then work with the family in the job search process
