Our illustrious organization was founded this year
What is 1974?
This midyear location is most commonly used for all general gatherings, meals, and on occasion discussion group meetings
What is Redbird C&D?
8 students who work with CGTI over the course of a year to implement new leadership activities, support outreach, and cultivate community
What is Teen Ambassadors?
These breakout sessions offer various subjects and information to participants led by different speakers and guests
What is Workshops?
These specific and necessary tasks assigned to each staff member help all parts of our program run smoothly
What is duties?
The theme of CGTI (summer) in 2023 showed great school spirit
What is CGTI University?
This midyear location houses the space where one might bust a move, they may even pop, lock, and or drop
What is Redbird A&B?
This group of 9 leaders make up a team that helps to support all participants and staff during their time at CGTI events, working alongside IABH staff to help events run smoothly
What is Careteam?
These groups are made up of leaders from around the state and even overseas, they work year round planning and implementing different leadership and prevention efforts into their own communities
What is Action teams?
When going to grab a coffee or morning pick me up, all staff must first let this person know
What is tell Ashley/IABH?
The amount of wonderful actions teams in attendance for midyear this weekend
What is 26 Action teams?
This midyear location is used for staff to take a break
What is the North Boardroom?
These groups are led by individuals who care, as a support and resource throughout CGTI events
What is Clusters?
This CGTI landmark is the backbone of our program and serves as a resource for all things CGTI, you may be asked to lend a hand here or check in with them before break
What is Headquarters/HQ?
These are the four rules participants learn about when confidentiality must be broken for ones or other safety

This midyear location is where everyone will come to get situated and greeted upon arrival
What is Registration Desk/HQ?
These four leaders serve in very different distinct roles in addition to their role on the leadership team, helping to plan and implement new leadership initiatives to our program
What is Conference Advisors?
This component of CGTI allows students from different areas to come together and experience our event, from hearing from different keynote speakers to discussing different leadership topics and getting to know one another all by having this assigned group in common
What is Discussion groups?
Contacted when participant is homesick, 4-hurts situation, or other issues of concern
What is contact care team?
Our phenomenal leader Natalie Maggiore has spent a total this many attending CGTI (including this year)
What is 20 years?
This midyear location is where all personal belongings such as luggage are placed upon arrival
What is Redbird E&F?
These leaders utilize the time before lights out to relay important information for the following day and close out the day with participants
