Holes or openings in bones that allow nerves and blood vessels to pass through.

Epiphysis
The long bone in your upper arm, running from your shoulder to your elbow.
Humerus
The five long bones in your foot, connecting your ankle to your toes.
Metatarsals
One of the two bones in your forearm, located on the thumb side.
Radius
Your collarbones. These are the two long, thin bones that connect your breastbone (sternum) to your shoulders.
Clavicles
The thigh bone. It's the longest, heaviest, and strongest bone in your body.
Femur
The location where two or more bones meet.
