what are the rules regarding the parking lot? DOUBLE POINTS you can tell me the consequences for breaking them?  

8:00 pm – 8:00 am only live-in members will be allowed to park in the parking lot.

 1. First Offense: The Vice President of Finance & Housing will issue a warning to the member

 2. Second Offense: The Vice President of Finance & Housing will remove the member’s Alpha Phi parking lot privileges for two weeks. 

3. Third Offense: The member will lose their parking lot privileges for the semester

1. Comply with the Constitution and Bylaws, Policies & Procedures, and Collegiate Chapter Operations Manual of the Alpha Phi International Fraternity, Inc.

 2. Comply with their chapter’s bylaws and House/Facility Rules

 3. Maintain at least a 2.0 cumulative GP

 4. Meet Fraternity and chapter financial obligations

The dress code is pin attire, what's the fit? 

dresses/ skirts must be 2 inches below the fingertip. any button-up or nice shirt, NO spaghetti straps. close-toed heels/ flats, or dress shoes. your pin or name tag.

I have to miss a mandatory event, what do I do?

Submit an excuse form through our house and text the VP planning the event if it's late notice.

What are we NOT allowed to do in the formal living room? 

We are not allowed to eat, drink, or sleep in the formal room. It MUST remain presentable at all times (NO CLOTHES OR TRASH). This is our nice fancy room, and we need to keep it that way.

1. Vote during chapter votes

what's our guest policy?

guests must be accompanied by a member from 8:00 am to midnight, Sundays through Thursdays, and from 8:00 am to 2:00 am on Fridays and Saturdays except for in the living quarters where guests cannot enter after 10 pm. Male/romantic guests are not allowed on the second floor unless it's during move-in or move-out.
