Define the Youth Criminal Justice Act 

The Youth Criminal Justice Act (YCJA) is a federal law in Canada that governs the legal treatment of youth (ages 12 to 17) who are accused of committing criminal offenses. It came into force in 2003. It aims to keep youth out of prison
