What are the four preparation tasks for meetings?
1. Identify your purpose- Whatever your purpose, make sure it is clear and clearly communicated to all participants. 2. Select participants for the meeting 3. Choose the time and the facility-morning meetings are often more productive than afternoon sessions because people tend to slow down after lunch. Make sure you have the location – Do you need a computer? Do you need an air condition? Proper seating? 4. Set the agenda: Prepare questions, and everyone needs to know how the meeting will last.
