What is the difference between a special election and a new election.
A special election will only occur if the Winning candidate is Disqualified whereas a new election occurs is the race in invalidated by the Supreme Court.

Fall- Freshman: Attendants, Senators, Press and Vice President same position is available for the graduates
Spring- Sophomore: Attendants, President and Vice President
Juniors: Attendants, Senators, Press and Vice President
Senior: Attendants, President and Vice President
SGA President and Vice President, KOG and QOG, Mr and Miss FAMU.
If a candidate has a question and would like to get some campaign materials approved is their campaign manager allowed to come in on their behalf with written approval.

Active Campaigning Vs Pre-campaigning
Active Campaigning- Any verbal or visual advertising or distribution of information for a Candidate/Ticket for an Elective Office of the Student body.
Pre-Campaigning- Any verbal or written solicitation for votes for a candidate/ticket for an Elected Office of the Student body prior to the end of the advertised dead days.
