What is a line plot?
A graph that shows numerical data. Dots or x's are used to show data values. Each time you see a dot or x means that value occurs.

"at least" means that value and anything valued higher.
"less than" means anything less than that value.

Take the sum and divide by the number of values on the line plot. The number of values is how many dots or x's you have.
If your sum was 5 and you have 12 values, your answer would be 5/12
If your sum is a fraction then change it to an improper fraction, change division to multiplication (flip the second fraction before multiplying).
How can you find the greatest change on a line graph?
Look for the greatest difference between the ordered pairs.
