Refers to the tendency to organize and encourage a group to get things done, while maintaining good relations within the group.
Feeling and expressing a deep sense of thankfulness in life, and more specifically, taking the time to genuinely express thankfulness to others.
Gratitude
Making rational and logical choices, and analytically evaluating ideas, opinions, and facts. Ex: Critical thinking, weighing the evidence fairly.

Controlling your appetites and emotions and regulating what you do. A good level of confidence in your belief that you can be effective in what you pursue and are likely to achieve your goals.

Being careful about your choices, stopping and thinking before acting. A strength of restraint which is shown by not taking unnecessary risks, and not saying or doing things that you might later regret.

Health Fair
Defined consistently by scientists as the search for or connection with “the sacred”. This could be that which is blessed, holy, revered, or particularly special. the search for a purpose in life or a close relationship with something beyond the “self.”
Spirituality
The ability to see the bigger picture in life. Being able to see the forest as well as the trees, and to avoid getting wrapped up in the small details when there are bigger issues to consider.
Approaching a situation, or life in general, with excitement and energy, not approaching tasks or activities halfway or halfheartedly. Being excited to get up in the morning, and living life like an adventure.
Zest
When a person knows what makes other people tick. Being aware of the motives and feelings of one’s self and others, and how to fit into different social situations.
Social Intelligence
Accurately evaluating your accomplishments. It’s not bragging or viewing yourself as more special or important than others.
Humility
Noticing and appreciating that which we observe through our senses to be attractive or noteworthy as in a skilled performance in all domains of life.
