Customer is moving to the US, can they keep using their Chase account there?

No our banks only operates in the UK. Although we come from the same family as Chase in the US, we at Chase in the UK are in fact a separate bank. So if you’re moving to the US and want to bank with Chase, you’ll need to open a new account with them.

How much money can I withdraw from my Chase Saver?

There is a daily limit of £25k to move money out the Bank (across all accounts). There is no limit to move money from an account to another.

If I block my physical debit card, will the scheduled payments still go through?

Yes, your scheduled payments will still work. Your online payments and virtual card will remain safe and active even after you freeze your physical card.

If my STANDING ORDER/ SCHEDULE PAYMENT fails, do I have  to reschedule it or is the process automatic?

If the payment fails due to insufficient funds our system will try to make a new payment in the afternoon at 2:30pm. If you still do not have enough funds at this time the payment will be cancelled and you will receive a notification.
