Correct this sentence:
"I'm glad I was able to answer all of your Time Off questions. I will now transfer you to a Platform Specialist so they can assist you with your remaining questions. Please hold on for one moment."

We do not use the word "transfer" with a client. Instead, you can use "loop in" or "connect".

What do you do?

Check if they are PEO/EOR/HR.
Ask the client their use case for the policy.

What is the 5-5-10 rule and why is it important?

First 5 mins - greet the client and gather info

If you are handling double chats and one client requires an immediate Zoom call, how must you manage this situation?

Go on Zoom status and...

When initiating a chat transfer, should you transfer directly to an individual agent (IC) or a team queue?

Always transfer to the appropriate team queue, never directly to an individual contributor (IC).

If you need someone to cover a chat due to the second chat asking for a Zoom, you can transfer directly to a teammate who consented to help you.

500

You reach the 20 minute mark on a chat and still don't have a complete answer. You tell the client you will follow up by email and close the chat using
End chat > Issue resolved.

What will the client receive immediately?

A survey! This is not good and will likely result in a DSAT since the client got a message indicating their issue is resolved (when it's not) and are likely to assume you will not follow up with them anymore.

500
