Greg and his brother always fight. His brother walks into the room and starts playing really loud music while Greg is studying. He yells at Greg when Greg asks him to turn it down. (Three triggers).
Greg loses at soccer. He stomps off the field, and his throat feels tight. He kicks his backpack. His eyes feel teary. When his friend asks him what's wrong he feels the urge to shove him to the ground and thinks, "Can't he see that I'm upset, he's so annoying, I should have won. I'm the better player."
