How does checkr handle a DL exception for Uber?
If Checkr's system detects a "Not Found" and/or if we need to request for the candidate’s current DL, a DL confirmation request pings Uber.
Why would a license status come back as "Not Available Electronically"?
When a license is newly renewed or issued, the driving record goes through a period where the information is not accessible through our provider or in an online request
