In this jump, the cheerleader jumps with their body bent forward at the waist with straight legs. Also, the name of a sharp spear or pole weapon.

In this stunt, the flyer balances all of her body weight on one leg with the other leg extended horizontally backward.
What is an arabesque?
A phrase used to let cheerleaders know it is time to get the crowd or players excited. It is also the name of one of our cheers.

A week during the season in which a team does not play a game.

A word used when it is the last time doing a cheer. Mainly used by Varsity.

A toss of a cheerleader to launch them in the air by 3-4 bases with hands interlocked.
