What is "Just how we rock at GHS"?
In this jump, the cheerleader jumps with their body bent forward at the waist with straight legs. Also, the name of a sharp spear or pole weapon.
What is a Pike?
In this stunt, the flyer balances all of her body weight on one leg with the other leg extended horizontally backward.
What is an arabesque?
A phrase used to let cheerleaders know it is time to get the crowd or players excited. It is also the name of one of our cheers.
What is "Pump It Up!"
A week during the season in which a team does not play a game.
What is a "bye week"?
A word used when it is the last time doing a cheer. Mainly used by Varsity.
What is "time"?
A toss of a cheerleader to launch them in the air by 3-4 bases with hands interlocked.
What is a basket toss?
The minimum number of cheerleaders required by regulation in a 6 person pyramid?
