In order to be objective employees will need to understand their won attitudes and to take steps to ensure that they do not allow difference between their attitudes, values and beliefs and those of clients to affect the service they provide.

To achieve a balance for each child. During a day there must be a variety of activities, but also recognition of the fact that children do not necessarily wish to be interactive all day. There will be periods of time when they choose to play alone. A combination of group and individual play will contribute positively to cognitive, motor and social development.
