An eating disorder characterized by repeated cycles of binging and purging (vomiting)

This environmental birth defect that causes mental disabilities, problems socializing with others and flattened facial features is completely avoidable if the mother does not drink alcohol during pregnancy
What is cerebral palsy
A variety of problems of the motor system, coordination, stiffness, jerkiness, difficulty with speech, and paralysis often caused by an injury at birth or shortly after birth.

a prenatal test for specific birth defects performed by sampling small amounts of the tissue from the membrane around the fetus.

What is a neural tube defect?
Incompletely formed spinal cord may lead to stiff joints, difficulty moving the legs, partial paralysis and problems with the kidneys and urinary tract, excess of fluid surrounds the brain, causing brain damage

a prenatal test using a sample of amniotic fluid to check for birth defects
What is Preeclampsia
abnormal condition encountered during pregnancy or shortly after delivery characterized by high blood pressure
