Wipe down the table or prepare with sanitary paper on changing pad.

Wash hands and put on gloves.

Place child on changing station and remove clothing.

Remove soiled diaper and wipe child (always remember to wipe front to back)

Apply diaper under child and apply ointment and diaper rash creams (if form is supplied) 

Wash YOUR hands AND child’s hands.

Remove protective covering area that the child has used.
