You went to your outpatient physical therapy session, the grocery store, and cleaned the house all within five hours of starting your day.

Do you try to finish tending to your garden for the next 30 minutes or do you take a rest break to grab some lunch?

RING RING. Your alarm clock goes off at 8:00am and it is time to get ready for your weekly pickle ball group.

Do you hit the snooze button a few more times and skip this week's pickle ball session or do you get out of bed?

You wake up in a cranky mood and don't feel like being bothered by anything.

Do you take half an hour to go out to your local park on a nice sunny day or do you stay inside with all of the lights off watching endless hours of TV.

You notice that your daily leisure/recreation activity has become too hard to uninteresting.

Do you blame yourself and feeling uncapable or do you look for a new leisure pursuit to switch it up?

It's lunch time! You are very hungry, but you have a couple of options.

Do you stop by McDonald's to grab yourself a big mac, a large soda, large fry, and a McFlurry or do you make yourself a nice homemade meal filled with proteins, carbohydrates and healthy fats!

You decided to push forward and tend to your garden to finish up your chores.

Look at you! You finished all of your chores/errands for the day and it's not even 2:00 O'clock.

However, you are completely wiped out and you slept until 8:00pm and dinner has not been made yet.

1

You decided to sleep in.

Uh oh! You ended up hitting the snooze button five times and you slept until 11:00am.

You woke up so late that you didn't feel like doing anything for the rest of the day and you hardly get out of bed.

1

You decided to stay in, keep the lights off, and glue your eyes to the tv all day long.

Ouch! You stubbed your toe and now your mood has gotten worse. You are too frustrated and unmotivated to accomplish anything today.

1

You decided to blame yourself.

You ended up quitting your favorite activity completely and now you are lost on what to do to find enjoyment.

You now have a lot of free time and you don't know how to fill in the time.

1

You decided to cave in and grab McDonalds.

Oh Dear! You ate everything so quickly and now you feel terrible. All of that sugar, unhealthy fats, and processed food has slowed you down and you are unproductive for the rest of the day.

2

You decided to take a rest break!

Great Idea! You took an hour to rest from your daily chores/errands, you ate a good lunch and watched your favorite game show!

You were able to tend to your garden shortly after and still had the energy to make yourself dinner later that night.

2

You decided to get out of bed.

Another great idea! You got out of bed to get ready for your pickle ball game.

Your dedication to getting out of bed early paid off! You ended up winning your pickle ball match and it only took 45 minutes. You now have the rest of the day ahead of you!

2

You decided to get out of the house to visit your local park.

Looking Great! You went to your local park to get some fresh air and some sunlight. Great tan by the way!

You now feel productive and rejuvenated to get through the day!

2

You decided to try out a new activity!

Wow! Look at you! You learned about this new aquatic program that has you hooked!

Adding this new activity has rebuilt your confidence and you still enjoy doing what you loved to do before.

2

You decided to make a home made meal.

You make it home to make a delicious meal that you saw online. It only took 25 minutes to make, and you were completely satisfied with your lunch. You also remembered that you saved a low-calorie ice cream in your fridge!

Your meal filled you up with energy and you were able to complete all of your tasks.
