The annual fee allow us here at Chuze to keep our monthly rate as affordable as possible so that we can deliver a high value gym to as many members as we can.
How often can a member use the tanning booth?
Once every 24 hours, and 10 minutes per use.
Why do we ask for an EFT over a CC?
CC have a chance of getting stolen, expiring, inactivated, etc., so we ask for an EFT because it is a more secure payment method with little to no issues.

Kids are only allowed to bring personal belongings if ABSOLUTELY NEEDED (w/ the exception of tablets and phones, for those are not allowed no matter what)
What are the Chuze GUIDElines?
No grunting or slamming of weights
Use lockers (no bags on the gym floor)

What do we do with a member's annual fee if it falls within their freeze period?
We set the annual to cancel the day before the due date and move it to the day they return from their freeze. Let the member know they will be charged twice that day; one for the annual and one for the monthly
What's the difference between TT and GX?
TT is a personal training experience in a group training environment. Members get the chance to work with a trainer that will personally customize the workout to fit their needs, and the HRM will further enhance each member's personal experience.
GX focuses on specialized classes that are ran by an instructor leading the group through it. These classes include Zumba, Yoga, Bodypump, and many more that provide an enjoyable class experience.
What payments does a PIF include & is there a cancelation fee?
enrollment fee + 12 months of dues + Annual Fee
There is no cancelation fee due to them having to renew their membership after the PIF is up. It does not roll over
