Must review with supervisor and discuss misdemeanor charges. Follow up with citation or through Just Web Portal within 30 days.

How often do Sgt’s need to meet with their LT for high profile case updates?

Can PSI’s make an arrest?
No; however they can put out 10-82’s and 10-81’s with co-signature of their Sgt.
How shall male and female detainees be separated? Juvenile?
Male and female by physically separated.
Juveniles shall be separated by sight and sound.
What is DME? Is it time sensitive?
Digital Media Evidence. Time sensitive due to system overwriting data or being deleted.

System make, model, serial number. Photograph of data plate/sticker or system information.

Only with a sworn member present and after a pat down and safety checks have been completed.
