What is the process for students coming in having booked the special collections room?
New this semester, the special collections room is being used as a study room. They need to sign-in at the circulation desk, where the circulation student will go unlock the room, and they need to sign-out at the same desk when they are finished.
There are 4 main loan policies (how long a book can be checked out) at this desk, represented by the dots on the spine of each book. What are the four different loan policies and there colors?
No dot: 2 hours
Yellow dot: 4 hours
Red dot: 1 day
Blue dot: 3 days

What is the difference between a late and lost fee? What items have late fees?
Lost fee is what we charge when an item hasn't been returned, and this fee is refunded when the item is returned to us. Late fees are permanent fees that are charged if a book is not returned on time. These are only for reserve books.
How many display rounds (these are display tables) are located in the library, not including the second floor?
There are 3 on the third floor, 2 on the fourth floor, for a total of 5
