We do not provide coverage for these two types of treatment.

Total loss rental expectations.
What is three days from when we determine the vehicle is a total loss?
ULD resides in same home as the Name Insured in excess of 185 days.
What is A264 Investigation?
Exists when there appears to be at least 2 drivers and 2 vehicles garaged in 2 different locations.
What is dual garaging?
The process when an owner opts to keep the vehicle after it deemed a total loss.
What is the FL Owner Retain Salvage?
ULV: The Part I - Liability to Others exclusion that applies for the following:
-Our named insured operated an unlisted listed vehicle (ULV)
-The ULV is owned by the insured.
What is Exclusion 12?
If present on the policy, we would open this coverage if the insured was (1) injured from the accident (2) not at fault for the loss (3) there is no BI coverage available through the at fault party's policy
What is UM?
FL Owner Retain Salvage: A vehicle that is non-repairable and may only be used for parts.
