Send the file that is saved in the next period folder. By the time the file is sent to the opco the month is closed. We are showing the finished product.

What steps need to be completed after each one of the journal entries is posted?
The journal entries need to be posted in AS400 as completed and the FIGL data needs to be updated in the reconciliation as well.

If you notice that your claims payments are out of balance on the "activity" tab describe how conditional formatting is used to resolve the variance.
Conditional formatting can help identify duplicated items on the activity tab. This can help find if an invoice is on the activity tab more than once.

The opco submitted journal entry requires approval from the CFO for net total over $5,000. As for the chargebacks and over 180 days an email is to be sent as a notification to the opco when the net amount is over $5,000.

When the opco uses balance sheet accounts on the activity tab in the "opco submitted column" what step should be taken before processing the journal entry?
You should check the account reconciliation of the balance sheet account to verify that the item is open prior to creating the journal entry.
