These guidelines exist in Handbook 2 and from the BD Stake Presidency relating to Leadership Meetings on Sundays
"Ward or branch leadership meetings on Sunday are to be avoided. Handbook 2, Sec 18.1 states: ""Leaders should ensure that Sunday meetings are not so numerous that there is little time for parents and children to be together on that day. Where possible, leaders should avoid scheduling Sunday meetings other than those in the standard three-hour schedule, leadership meetings in the early mornings, and occasional meetings in the evenings"". President Mendenhall has clarified before that if your regular Sunday block of meetings starts before 10am, then your early morning meetings should be completed by 8am. And if your block of meetings start at or after 10am, then 9am is the latest time to end."
