2. Confirm there isn't someone denied V/O or PTO that day (they are first priority). 

3. PCM is covered. 

4. Ask the client's RBT if they would like to be V/O. 

5. If that RBT does not want to be v/o, ask the classroom as a whole.

What is the purpose of BSP? 

A Behavior support Plan (BSP), provides a guide for how to reduce problematic behavior. It guides treatment and ensures that everyone responds to behaviors CONSISTENTLY. Also, to provide support, when supervisors aren't available.

Red-Fire, White-Weather, Orange- suspicious person, Green- active shooter, Purple- elopement

If we are overstaffed prior to the RBT's arrival what is the volunteer off procedure? 

1. supervisor will check with Amy N to make sure staffing is covered. 

2. Confirm there isn't someone denied V/O or PTO that day (they are first priority). 

3. PCM is covered. 

4. Text the client's RBT, if they do not respond within 5 minutes, a group text will be sent to the class.  

5. If that RBT does not want to be v/o, a text will be sent to the classroom, first one to respond gets it.
