What are alumni names in my class year?
Not quite 100, it takes a village of this many scribes to put together news, accomplishments, classmate kudos and walks down memory lane for three issues per year.

Sometimes in our Class Notes, we talk about alums in OTHER class years. This is the style guide's way to show the reader that they were NOT in our class.
What is apostrophe and class year?

In the 70's, when Davidson opened its doors to women, it also recruited those alumnae to report on their classes in the Davidson Journal. This is the earliest year currently represented by one of those women.

It’s not the number of squirrels on campus, but it is the approximate number of alumni who the class secretaries help keep connected across the decades.
What is 25,000+?
Not everyone involved in putting together Class Notes are Wildcats. The class of '85 coordinator, Ruth Olson, calls this institution her alma mater.
