Work on the puzzle. Read quietly. Help a friend. do an activity from the back table. Finish an activity from your morning work duotang.
How do you put a book back on the bookshelf?
Spine out, not on top of the books.
What is your favourite food?
Many answers. Mine is sushi.
What do you do when you need to use the bathroom or get water?
Ask the teacher.
Quietly and tuck in your chair. No talking while in line.
How should you do your classroom job?
Quickly. Efficiently. No talking to friends. No running around the classroom.
How many dojo points get you a prize?
20
What is your favourite colour?
Many answers. Mine is blue and pink.

How do we walk in the hallway?
No talking or fooling around. In a line.
What do you do when the morning announcements come on?
Stop talking immediately and don't talk until the announcements are over.
What should the classroom noise/volume level be?
No talking when doing independent work. Whisper voice volume when doing partner/group activities.
What is your favourite subject?
Many answers. Mine is science.
How do we buddy read?
With one other person and whispering.
How/where do we eat our snack and lunch? What do we do when we are done eating?
Quietly and at our own desk. Clean up all food/garbage when done. Put lunch kit away.
What do you do in an assembly?
sit beside someone who is a smart choice, not next to your friend who you will be tempted to talk to. sit criss cross applesauce. eyes on the speaker. no talking.
How should you keep your desk/book bin/locker?
Neat and tidy. No loose papers, all papers should be in a duotang. only 2 books in your book bin. no items on hallway floor, everything must be inside your locker. don't leave food or garbage in desk or locker.
what do you want to be when you grow up?
many answers or some people might not know yet and that is okay. mine is a teacher but it has changed many times before.
What do you do if you need a pencil?
Go to the back where the pencils are kept. ask the teacher for a pencil if there aren't any pencils there.
Fire drill/lockdown drill expectations?
Fire drill - line up and zero talking inside the building or outside on the field. Listen for your name to be called when we are outside on the field and say "here".
Lockdown drill- close the classroom door and turn off the lights and shut the blinds. everyone goes behind the teachers desk.
what is your favourite part of school?
Many answers. Mine is being with all of you! :)
