Alex dominates the conversation during a group project, dismissing ideas from another student, Jamie. Jamie looks upset but stays quiet. Meanwhile, Sam, another group member, tries to speak but is interrupted multiple times.

At the end of the class period, you notice there are colored pencils and markers on the floor by your desk group. You put all of your materials away but, you don't know who was using those.

Even if you weren't the one using them, all materials need to be put away by the end of class.

Completing and turning it in on time. Studying your spelling words and trying hard on your spelling tests.

You notice that you've been feeling exhausted at school. It's hard for you to focus and you're starting to fall behind in your classwork. 

Get into a routine to fall asleep at a good time. Eat a healthy breakfast to give you more energy in the morning.

Putting graded work in my binder. Keeping my binders organized. Coming to class prepared with the supplies I need.

Telling a teacher, making sure the person being bullied is okay, telling the bully to stop.

Following my teacher's instructions and calmly walking in a line.

You and your ex (best friend or partner) are in a class together. The breakup was super messy and feelings got hurt. You hear a classmate start to talk bad about your ex for the whole class to hear.

Respectfully tell the classmate that it's not okay. We are all still classmates even though we go through ups and downs.

Being honest with the teacher and asking for an extension instead of making up an excuse (your grandfather can only die so many times before I start to think he is a zombie).

Not taking extra turns, even when no one is watching.

Speaking up and reporting the behavior to the nearest adult.
