Be quiet, use active listening skills, do not speak while the presenter is speaking, do not play with anything.
What should you do if you have a question when the teacher is doing small groups?
Ask a tablemate to see if they can help you. If not move on to the next task/problem until the teacher is available to answer your question.
What are your choices if you finish work early?
IXL, reading, missing work, homework.
What should you do with work that hasn't been finished?
Put it in a safe place.
What should you do if you have a conflict with another student?
Address the problem yourself first unless it is something that needs to be brought to an adult immediately.
What happens if you don't follow the school rules or classroom rules?
You may lose privileges in the classroom, get a phone call home, or miss free play Fridays.
How should you be behaving if the teacher is working with a small group?
Quitely, respectfully, working independently.
What are two different ways the teacher does when she needs you to get quiet?
Clap, ring the doorbell.

Turn it in bin or Google Classroom.
When and how should you access the classroom library?
During free time. Put any and all books back to their spots.

Respectfully, kindly, make sure everyone is being heard.

Respectfully by keeping them clean, not destroying them, returning them to their proper spots.
What will happen if you turn in work that is not complete or is not your best work?
Miss Agresta will return it to you to redo.
What should you do if you find an item in school that does not belong to you?
Take it to the lost and found.
How should you respond if you hear a fire alarm?
If you are in the classroom: quietly stand up, push in your chair, get in line, and walk WITHOUT talking in a straight line to the field.
If you are outside: calmly listen to the yard duties or adults near you or calmly and quietly make your way to the field where we normally line up at.
Name two things that will make you a good member of the group during a group project or group work.
Listen to your groupmates, respect everyone's opinions, speak kindly, split the work evenly.
What do you do when the teacher gets a phone call?
Immediately become quiet while the teacher is on the phone.
What happens if you do not turn in classwork or homework?
You will lose extra recess until you have no missing assignments.
What should you do as soon as the first bell rings?
Get any and everything you may need out of your backpack for the day and go to your seat.
