We don't always see eye to eye on everything, and that is OKAY. If a conversation is getting heated, it is probably a good idea to take a deep breath and walk away.
Putting your feet on the table
NO- when you are sitting at the dinner table at home or at a restaurant, do you see people with their feet on the table? What about at a doctor's office, the dentist, at a store? Unless you have a medical exception, we save our feet up for when we are at home in quiet and private spaces.

LITTLE- this can be resolved by simply asking someone to keep their voice down. If yelling continues, it might be best to let the teacher or adult in the room address it.

Probably not worth a big reaction. Maybe they forgot? Or maybe they still needed your pen. A gentle reminder to return it when they are finished is the best strategy.

When speaking to someone it is respectful to listen to the person talking. If someone stops listening you can check in with them and try to understand why they have stopped listening.

YES- it is OKAY if someone needs to use their hands or move their body in some way when others are talking. However, it is important to do this in a way that is least disruptive to others.
