It depends on your reaction. Hand it over immediately with no fuss and it will be returned to you at the end of class. BUT if you get an attitude your parents will need to come to the school and get it.

No one will be leaving the class and you will be late to your next class.

A ticket will be placed in the jar for your class.
What happens if a student is caught eating in class?
It will be thrown in the trash and you will be written up for insubordination.
