What do I do when the teacher is explaining a class or assignment?
I must pay attention in order to understand entirely what to do.
Can I chew gum during class or at recess?
No, only during special occasions.
When do you enter the classroom?
When the teacher greets you and allows you to enter.
What should I do with leftover materials and any kind of trash while working in class?
I need to put them in the trash can, not on the floor. Floor must be kept neat and clean at all times.
How do I SHOW respect while others are speaking?

Can you eat food in the classrooms?
You may not eat in class unless it is during break, lunch, or you have bought the privilege.
When can I use the restroom?
During class change, break, or at lunchtime; only during an emergency during class. You still need to ask the teacher before you go.
What should I do with items that I find and don't know who they belong to?
Give it to the teacher.
What is my responsibility within a group assignment or classwork?
It is my responsibility to do my best, and provide as much help for excellent results. Everyone must be responsible as a team member.
How do you show respect for the school property?
By keeping my classroom and school premises in clean and neat conditions.
What is the first thing you should do when you arrive to class?
Read the Morning Message and follow the instructions.
Is the classroom a playground?
No! Avoid running, rough play, chasing, and jumping on the bean bags and sofas.
What should I bring to class every day?
Backpack, Reading Log, Student Agenda, and materials.
What should I do during classroom transitions?
Make sure I'm on time and prepared for the next class, within 2 minutes.
What are you allowed to drink while in class?
Only water.
How do we use laptops responsibly?
Close all extra tabs, no games, headphones on when playing an instructional video, no food or water nearby, transport it using both hands, and only for assigned work.
How do we act when going outside the classroom: The Hallway, Specials, Cafeteria, etc?
Get in line in an orderly manner and walk quickly and QUIETLY.
How do we walk going down or up the stairs?
On our right side.
What should I do if I am not clear with the given instructions?
Ask questions, ask questions.
What should I do in order to respect my classmates?
By working quietly and not disturbing their work, plus being respectful with them.
