What do you do when you want to talk in class?

By raising you hand quietly until you are picked.

What do you do when you first come in every day?

Put things in locker, check morning slide and do what it says.

How do we line up for recess, specials, lunch, and restroom breaks? How do we walk in the hall?

Wait to be called, walk quietly to line. Face forward, no talking. T-rex to zombie arms distance. Straight line. Hands to self.

 We will have a new line order for all line ups besides 'quietest and cleanest first' times. Including Monday mornings in the gym. (Including specials, unless specials teacher tells you to line up a certain way.) 

Consequences for being out of line order (or being reminded to get in line order.) It's your responsibility to know where your spot is.

What do you do if you have a question when the teacher is at small group/round table?

Don't interrupt unless it is not something you can not ask someone else. If you can ask someone else, ask 3 before me! Ask 3 friends for help before asking the teacher.

What belongs on your desk?

A pencil and whatever curriculum or supplies we are currently using for instruction.

Water bottles (with a fully closing lid) stay on the floor unless you are actively getting a drink.

Level 0-1.

By going above and beyond expectations.

Choice board. (No visiting.)

When can I eat or drink in class?

During all group snack time, or parties. Only water allowed (unless given by the teacher.) Candy treats (for example from WIN teacher) may be eaten in class as long as you throw your trash away and don't distract others.

Listen with your: eyes, ears, head, heart, hands, feet.

How do students respect self, other students' and teacher's things?

Self--taking care of supplies and keeping area clean. Other students': By not touching them or destroying them. Teacher's: Taking care of classroom supplies, not touching teacher's desk, not going in teacher area.

When can I not use my bathroom pass?

When the teacher is talking, during DEAR, during small groups, during tests.

When is a good time to complete unfinished work from the day before?

Before school and show Ms. Jackson your score.

You work, not visit. You are on assignments given, if you are not at small group table--working the whole time.

Clap until visitor acknowledges the clapping and/or stop when Ms. Jackson says.
