What should you do when you are done with an assignment early?
Turn the assignment in (blue basket) and then you can Read, Draw, Color, Write or Work on clipboard work.
How should the classroom look at the end of the day?
Trash picked up and thrown away, everything in its place, neat and tidy, and chair on your desk.
How do students get a paid in Caught-ya dollars?
By following expectations and rules, by helping others, using kind words, paying attention and doing your best.
How do students respect other students properties?
By not touching them or destroying them. Ask to use first before taking anything.
Can you walk around the classroom doing nothing?
No.
What is the procedure for moving between centers?
Quietly and quickly clean up your area. Quietly and quickly get your supplies for your next center and sit down at your next center. Be all ready to learn by the time the song ends.
How do you care for your desk and cubby area?
Keep everything neat and tidy with only what you need out.
If you need to use the bathroom OR get a drink, what do you do?

What should you do when another student is talking?
Be quiet and listen. Wait to talk until it is your turn to share.

How do students line up and walk through the halls?
Quietly, facing forward, and in number order with the line leader in the front of the line.
How do you ask for help in class?
You always raise your hand. Do NOT walk up to the teacher and just start talking.
What will the teacher do when she wants the student's attention? And how should the class respond?
Class, Class. Yes, Yes. However she says "class", that's how you say "yes". The students clap their hands together and show listening bodies.
How can you include others at recess?

By listening to them, taking turns sharing, and using appropriate language and gestures.
When can I sharpen my pencil?
On Fridays. Give your teacher your pencil case with 5 pencils and she will make sure you have 5 sharpened pencils for the upcoming week.
When can you go out of the class?
You can't unless your teacher sends you out for a purpose. Such as the bathroom, nurse, counselor, or front office.
